Breeze Inn Policies

Individual Reservations:
Reservation is either guaranteed with a credit card or prepaid prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation not received within 24 hours prior to arrival, the guest’s credit card will be charged. If reservation was prepaid, payment will not be refunded.

Group Reservations:
Reservations for groups or individuals with a 5 room block or more.

Deposits:
90 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 50% must be made.
60 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 100% must be made.
If at 60 days, no payment has been received, and there has been no contact from the groups in question, the rooms will be released.

Group Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled in this time frame. NO deposit will be returned to any group canceling less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Baggage Policy:
-Baggage fees are $2.50 per bag each way (in/out).
-Baggage fees must be paid no later than check out on the day of departure.
-Groups must notify front desk of estimated time of arrival.
